No Return Policy (Important for your business)
Due to the sacred and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Replacement Policy (Only in these cases)
We provide a replacement if:
- The product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
Conditions:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video/photo proof
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if replacement is not possible
- Processed within 5–7 business days
